​​This Return & Refund Policy governs the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted by Shreevalli Sarees. By purchasing products from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 3 days from the date of product delivery.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

​2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation

  • Customized or made-to-order wooden products

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotional offers

3. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If the refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment

4. Replacement Policy

In cases where a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers may choose:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability), or

  • A full refund

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error, such as:

  • Receiving the wrong product

  • Receiving a damaged or defective product
